The Optimal Start: In-home Personalized Prenatal Lactation Education
$150-$300 for 1.5-3 hours
Prices Vary Due to Customization
Knowledge is power! Set yourself up for success by taking a personalized prenatal breastfeeding course that will tell you what you need to know before giving birth. I will provide you with early successful breastfeeding management strategies, what to look for during the newborn weeks, and community resources for support. We will also problem solve what to do in case certain situations arise, such as mama/baby separation or a baby in the NICU.
However, there is no one size fits all approach. I believe your prenatal breastfeeding education should be as unique as you are. This course is tailored to answer your questions and to mentally prepare you for how breastfeeding will fit into your life. We can also cover any newborn basics, tummy time, developmental milestones, whatever you need to prepare for!

In-Home Initial Lactation Consultation
$250-$350 for 2-3 Hours
Prices Vary Due to Ranges in Visit Length
Studies show that the earlier we can problem solve breastfeeding issues, the better we can achieve our longterm goals! As a Lactation Occupational Therapist, this evaluation will be more comprehensive and include a physical assessment of your infant's oral motor skills and tone, and will also take parent's mental and physical health into account. In order to meet your goals, it is important to address both maternal and infant factors.

This initial consult includes two weeks of follow-up care by phone, text, email, or telehealth. Subsequent in-person follow up/treatments are priced below.
**If a client requires many follow-up visits, pricing will change.**

Follow up Lactation Treatment
$100/1 hr
Although some lactation consultations can be completed in one visit, occasionally more hands-on support is recommended. Follow-up visit duration and price depend on the complexity of the issue.
Follow-up sessions can occur for various reasons. An infant may require multiple oral motor therapy sessions, post-frenectomy stretching and suck training, or the parent's lactation goals have shifted.

In-Home/Virtual Special Topics Consultation
$100/1 hr
There are several consultation topics that can be quicker visits and not require an extensive evaluation and assessment.
Chestfeeding/Breastfeeding Ergonomics
Parent's Thumb (DeQuervain's Tendonitis)
Carpal Tunnel
Shoulder/arm/back pain
Bottle refusal
Returning to the breast after bottle feeding
Support for going back to work
Weaning at any stage in your journey

Phone Consultation
$20/15 minutes
This is a great option for an established patient (who is outside of their "follow up" window) or a new client with an older babe with a quick question that requires some problem solving. All phone consultations include a care plan and 2 days of follow up via text/email.
Please note, not all situations can be successfully resolved over the phone. During our initial communication, it is up to my discretion whether a phone consultation is appropriate or if it requires in-person care. If after a phone consultation it appears that problem requires more detailed evaluation, the value of the phone consultation will put towards the in-home evaluation.
